Trained in brewing engineering in Germany at TUM/Weihenstephan and in international business at St. Louis University, Guillermo has 40 years of brewing experience around the world. He worked for Anheuser-Busch for 20 years holding key positions in the Brewing Process Technology department, New Product Development and Innovation and the International Division in Mexico, Brazil and Argentina.
Mike O'Brien
Co-Founder
BSME University of Missouri Rolla.
Mike has 30 years of packaging experience around the world. He worked for Anheuser-Busch for 27 years holding key positions in Packaging Engineering, Process Improvement and International Development in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and China.
Alan Progulske, General Manager Al has 35 years of production management experience. He worked 28 years with Anheuser-Busch in various packaging positions. Al spent 12 years as the Sr. Operations Manager at the Los Angeles Brewery. In addition to his management experience he was a technical expert on various packaging processes.
