History
After spending much of their careers with Anheuser-Busch, Mike O’Brien and Guillermo Moscoso recognized the need for very experienced engineers and managers in the Beverage Industry. They sought to fill that gap by hiring high level engineers and managers with vast experience in real world plant operations. This methodology has proven successful and grown the company to a group of industry known and respected men and women, providing solutions for all facets of the Beverage Industry.
Headquartered in St. Louis, MO but spread throughout North America, our consultants have served clients both as big, and as small, as it gets. Although we specialize in the Beverage Industry we also have clients in the Food and Drug, and Pharmaceutical industries.

GENERAL Manager
Nic Langford
Nic has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and over 18 years of professional engineering experience. Starting with Altamira in 2017, he has been the Engineering Manager and General Manager, during which time he has developed core competencies of the beverage space and an advanced understanding of packaging line design, equipment, brewing processes and plant operations.
Client manager - Mexico
Alan Progulske
Al has 35 years of production management experience. He worked 28 years with Anheuser-Busch in various packaging positions. Al spent 12 years as the Sr. Operations Manager at the Los Angeles Brewery. In addition to his management experience he was a technical expert on various packaging processes.
Contractor Services Manager
Teri Dill
Teri has over 30 years of management and educational experience with a Master’s Degree from Webster University in St. Louis. She has worked in a variety of business environments including sales and marketing, project management, and customer training and education.

Heather Womack
Heather has 12 years of customer service experience, an A.A.S degree in Accounting and is continuing her education in Business Management.
Finance Manager
Bill O’Brien
Bill has 20 years of diversified professional experience providing business management services in finance, customer service, sales, skilled negotiation, business planning, and operations management. His focus is a customer for life approach. He has worked in Australia, Canada, Mexico, Germany, and the United States. Strong finance professional with a bachelor’s degree focused on business administration and project management from Colorado Technical University.

Guillermo has 40 years of brewing experience around the world. He worked for Anheuser-Busch for 20 years holding key positions in the Brewing Process Technology department, New Product Development and Innovation and the International Division in Mexico, Brazil and Argentina.
